  • Analyzed sales and inventory reports daily in order to predict demand and decide the optimal product mix for the children's department across 90 Marshalls stores nation-wide; resulted in a diverse and seasonally appropriate merchandise floor that ultimately drove the highest sales comp over last year of any department
  • Reviewed trend forecasts and ladder plans to ensure that weekly objectives were being hit in alignment with quarterly goals; resulted in more accurate forecasting and easy to read summaries for my manager 
  • Collaborate with executives from real estate, marketing and store planning divisions to create a new comprehensive downtown strategy for the kid's departments which I presented to Senior Leadership; resulted in the introduction of children's departments in four locations in Downtown Toronto previously deemed unfit for children's merchandise
